Booking Terms

CHILD POLICY 

  • Children of all ages are welcome. 
  • Children 10 years and under: R375 per night 
  • Children over 10 years: Standard adult rate 
  • One adult sharing with one child (10 years or younger): Single occupancy rate plus R375 
  • Infants sharing with two adults in a double room: No charge 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 

  • Check-in: From 14h00 
  • Check-out: By 10h00 
  • Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability. 

CANCELLATION POLICY – STANDARD BOOKINGS 

  • 60 days or more before arrival: 50% of total booking value payable 
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of total booking value payable 
  • If the room is successfully re-let for the cancelled period, a partial refund may be considered at management’s discretion. 
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing. 

MINIMUM STAY 

  • Minimum stay: 1 night
